I hope everyone had a great week! You may have noticed that I didn’t post on Friday or Monday. I didn’t really think anyone would notice, but then my mom mentioned it, so I guess I should explain myself. When I launched my new site, I had weeks and weeks of ideas for content, so it wasn’t a chore to come up with a post. However, I got busy and stopped taking pictures, started eating the same thing instead of coming up with new recipes, and then suddenly I didn’t have anything to post about anymore other than Friday’s Few. I like those posts, but at the same time I know they can get pretty repetitive. Plus, last week I wasn’t super thrilled with either one of my posts, so I just decided to not post rather than share yet another piece that I didn’t love. I’m hoping to shoot a few new outfits soon, and I have a few recipe ideas I’m planning to try, so please stick around!
Today, I’m sharing a few snaps that have made it to my Instagram, but not the blog! Here we go!
I love a good stack! I went a little crazy this day with the bracelets, but I think it was a good look. From top to bottom: Obsessed bracelet: Baublebar (sold out, similar here and here), Kendra Scott Andy Bracelet in Pyrite & Clear Smoky, Beaded bracelet: Lily and Laura, Lion cuff: Baublebar (sold out) Ring: David Yurman
I loved this summer outfit! I loved the idea of wearing this tank with a chambray, but I couldn’t wear it with blue denim, so I thought white jeans were a perfect choice! Tank: Old Navy (sold out, but love this!), Chambray: JCrew Factory, Jeans: JCrew, Necklace: Charming Charlie
Another win for the chambray and white jeans! Also my mirror is nasty, and I’m sorry. Anyways, this time I paired the two denims with my favorite olive tank from Old Navy, my Kendra Scott Rayne necklace, and a stack of Kinsley Armelle bracelets (15% off when you use the code KMOSS15).
More Kendra! I got these Kathryn earrings in Gray Granite with my birthday discount, and for the most part I love them. I will say that they’re super heavy- to the point where they fall out of my ears. So I can’t wear them anywhere where I’ll be moving around a lot for fear I will lose one and then be so sad.
This Old Navy dress is under $20 and one of my favorite purchases of the summer! It’s great with a cardigan for work or church, or on it’s own for a afternoon of shopping!
How cutie is this travel mug? It was a birthday gift from my boss- she knows I love coffee & cats! Also, these tassel earrings from Kinsley Armelle are the perfect addition to a simple outfit!
My latest Lilly obsession is the Elsa top. It’s so comfortable and perfect for work! I got this one during the After Party Sale,so it’s no longer available in this print. Also, I think it was around $50-$60, much cheaper than the regular price! I would recommend waiting for the sale and stocking up then- you know I love the Lilly, but I also refuse to pay full price.
So there you have it! And if you’re not following me on Instagram, hop to it!
That’s all for meow!
